INCEPTION

Ondot Courier & Express Cargo was established in the year 2019 with its headquarters in Delhi. The company came into the existence as result of the owners' vision of providing an affordable couriers and express services to the corporate' as well as individual retail customers. Presently Ondot has crossed many milestones and is set to cross many more soon. Ondot, besides being one the growing courier and cargo companies in India is also counted among the top 10 nationally present express companies.

NETWORK

Ondot has over the years assiduously built a network that responds to the changing aspirations of our clients. Ondot network of more than 4000 booking centers, 4 zonal offices, and state of art 15 regional offices is further supported by around 150 branch offices for providing effective operation set up. Ondot also repeatedly displays its unique capability of organizing services to many ODA and Non- serviceable for the clients who are in need of such a service and are accommodative in terms of cost.
Ondot has created adequate and modern infrastructure to support its vast network across the country. The company runs a fleet of self controlled vehicles to create efficiency in intra-city and intra-zone movement of load. The load processing centers are fully equipped with latest tools in IT Technology to maintain constant watch over the operations. The strong rooms in each hub ensure the safety of securitized shipments.
Ondot fully exploits the technology to support its operations and other activities. The multiple use of scanners to manifest and record the movement of each and every shipment that passes through its network helps to create a successful Trace and Track facility in the system. The company has achieved 100% computerization within its self network. The centralized back- up servers ensure an appropriate disaster management system and ensure efficient management information and analytical tools. A 100% percent mobility and abundant use of messaging tools ensure a fast communication module so vital in express industry.
Ondot employs more than 250 senior management personnel to manage the day to day affairs and to provide strategic direction to the company. A highly dedicated and professional team of around 1500 middle level managers provide the core of its team. In addition, a strong force of around 10,000 workers, directly or indirectly, ensures the smooth execution of the operations at the grass root level.
